Mobile Visits
Bring the farm to you through our mobile visit program! These programs target the elderly or mobility challenged clients. Farm visits are free to our target audience in Madison County, Iowa but donations are appreciated. Fees are assessed for out of county visits — mileage fee plus required donation.
Onsite Visits
A farm representative will greet you at farm and lead you through a farm tour and animal encounter. Our visits are designed to reach our most vulnerable clients while providing one-on-one experiences. Farm experiences are free to our target audience although donations are appreciated. Donations are required for visitors outside of the target audience. Farm visits must be scheduled in advance.
Team Building
Host a corporate retreat or team bonding event at the farm. We provide the space and you bring the supplies. A farm representative will guide your team through an animal encounter. Donations are required.
Possible team building experiences: Smores & Campfire, Farmyard BBQ, and more. Just contact us for more ideas and information.
Special Events
McFable Farm hosts and attends a variety of special events throughout the year. Watch our home page and Facebook page for information about upcoming events, and feel free to contact us if you have an idea for an event or want to have us attend yours.
Farm Friends Program
Our farm friends program is available for special needs individuals. The program focuses on helping individuals make connections with the animals through a series of farm visits while learning about basic care for the farm animals. A final showcase provides participants an opportunity to invite their loved ones to the farm to witness the special connections and skills developed during the program. These programs are offered in small group settings led by a farm representative.
